In order to give an accurate tile installation estimate we need to see the space, take measurements, check for level floors and square walls, and talk through your plans for your space. In a pinch, we can get a ballpark estimate over the phone with a few details.

Ideally you have an idea of your general design, have narrowed in on your tile types and have a sense of timing for when you want the project to begin. We can iron out the rest in our initial communication.

Ideally you can share a general sense of square footage (we can measure this onsite in our visit) and rooms, areas, surfaces to be tiled. Know what kind of tile you are aiming for - ceramic, porcelain, glass, mosaic, stone - and round about what size. Have a sense of what pattern you’d like or any design specifics as well as the timeline you’re working on and aiming for project completion.

We will cover surfaces, entry ways, walkways and any items in the way to ensure nothing gets damaged in the process. We clean up at the end of each day and leave the space spotless when we wrap up at the end of the process.

Yes. We are insured with a top tier commercial insurance provider and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) upon request.

The owner (Paul) will be present for each job and is on-site often daily in the AM and closes out the site at the end of the day. He is available at all times during the project, leading up to the start and at closing to ensure all expectations are being met and everything is clear and communicated as best as possible throughout the whole process.

Each job is unique. Tile work is often a multi-day process as adhesives dry and setup occurs between different stages. We aim to do the best, most precise job possible and sometimes that takes an extra beat, but we are always conscious of getting the job done as thoroughly as we can while not keeping you from enjoying your new space. We will give our best time estimate when we get the details of the project and are pretty accurate in sticking to that timeline.

Yes. We clean up the space daily as best we can in an active construction site. We pride ourselves in going above and beyond in our service during your tile installation.

We are well versed in installing all major brands of shower pans and waterproofing systems from Schluter, Wedi, Hydrolock, Tile Redi and mortar beds to manufacturer specification to ensure sound warranty. We also specialize in Laticrete, Hydro Ban, Mapei and other major products in the tile and heated floor industry.
